How long does it take for my order to ship? All mounds are built to order...after you place your order, we then begin the build...with that said your order will generally take 2 business days to ship depending on seasonal/holiday trends.

Are Special Order/One of a Kind Products Returnable/Refundable? Sorry, but they are not returnable/refundable for any reason. While we can accommodate most requests, but once the build has started, we cannot refund the order
My mound was damaged during shipment, now what? If your mound was damaged during shipment please contact us via email (see Contact Us section on our Homepage). Be prepared to send us a minimum of 3 images of the damage that your mound has sustained. If the damage is minimal we may be able to discuss an alternative to sending it back. If the damage is significant the we will send you out a replacement.
